This document (General Conditions of Sale) defines the conditions applicable to sales concluded between on the one hand the persons making a purchase via the website of Barons Papillom Sneakers SAS, hereinafter called "the customer" and on the other hand the Barons Papillom Sneakers SAS, hereinafter referred to as "Baronpapillon.com". These conditions relate exclusively to non-commercial individuals. These conditions apply to the exclusion of all other conditions, in particular those in force for sales in stores.
These general conditions of sale exclusively concern natural persons who are not traders and who are at least 18 years old.
The client is understood to be any natural person who acts for purposes which are not part of their commercial, industrial, craft or liberal activity, aged at least 18 years and having ordered at least once on the site.
The creation of the customer account is reserved for physical persons and aged at least 18 years.
Price of items
All the prices of the articles are indicated in euros all taxes included, excluding participation in processing and shipping costs (see Shipping and Delivery paragraph).
Items will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of order entry. They remain the property of Baronpapillon.com until full payment of the price. This price is payable in full and in a single payment.
Tariffs
Any order on the site and delivered outside of France may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties which are imposed when the package reaches its destination.
These customs duties and any taxes related to the delivery of an item are the responsibility of the customer and are their responsibility.
Baronpapillon.com is not required to check and inform its customers of the applicable customs duties and taxes.
Order
The customer can place an order on the website www.baronpapillon.com
The order process is as follows:
- Choice of articles and addition to the basket
- Validation of the contents of the basket
- Identification on the site www.Baronpapillon.com if the customer is not already identified
- Choice of delivery method
- Choice of payment method and acceptance of the GTC
- Payment validation
The customer will receive an order confirmation email.
The customer will be able to view during these different stages the details of his order and its total price and correct any errors, before confirming it to express his acceptance.
Baronpapillon.com reserves the ownership of the articles until full payment of the order, that is to say the collection of the price of the order by www.baronpapillon.com.
Baronpapillon.com reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order or who presents in his eyes any form of risk.
Any order implies acceptance of the prices and description of the items available for sale.
Baronpapillon.com undertakes to fulfill orders received on the website only within the limits of available stocks. In the absence of availability of one or more article (s) ordered, Baronpapillon.com undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible, and if necessary to reimburse it at the latest within 30 days. the payment of the sums paid. The customer's order will then be automatically canceled.

Payment validation
Payment is validated upon receipt of the additional information requested in the event of payment by bank card requiring additional verifications (See paragraph Fight against credit card fraud).
Fight against credit card fraud
Baronpapillon.com reserves the right to verify the personal data communicated by the customer and to adopt all the measures deemed necessary for the verification of the fact that the person whose bank account is debited is indeed the one who placed the order, this in order to avoid fraudulent payments. This verification may take the form of a request for proof of identity and / or domicile and / or bank documents (RIB or canceled check). The lack of response from the customer to a request of this type within 2 days of the request made by Baronpapillon.com will automatically result in the cancellation of the order concerned, without any possibility of subsequent complaint.
Baronpapillon.com will also be free to proceed to the direct cancellation of an order which would present one or more risk factors for fraudulent use of bank card.
Securing transactions
Baronpapillon.com implements all means to ensure the confidentiality and security of the data transmitted on the web and on the website www.baronpapillon.com.

Responsibility
Baronpapillon.com is automatically responsible towards the customer for the proper execution of the contract concluded with the customer.
However, the responsibility of Baronpapillon.com cannot be engaged for the non-execution or the bad execution of the contract concluded in the event of force majeure, the occurrence of a fact attributable to the customer or any inconvenience, unforeseeable and insurmountable damage inherent in the use of the Internet, in particular a break in service, an outside intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.
The Baronpapillon.com site contains hypertext links which may refer to other websites. Baronpapillon.com cannot be held liable for the content of these websites if they contravene the legal and regulatory provisions in force.
The photographs and illustrations accompanying the products on our website have no contractual value and therefore cannot engage the responsibility of www.baronpapillon.com.
Guarantee
All items offered by Baronpapillon.com are subject to the legal warranty provided for in articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.
The customer has a period of 3 days from receipt of the articles to form any reservations or complaints for non-compliance or apparent defect in the articles delivered, by e-mail contact@baronpapillon.com; or by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address: Barons Papillom Sneakers SAS, 2 avenue du 1er Mai, 91120 PALAISEAU.
After this period and failing to comply with this formality, the articles will be deemed to be in conformity and free from any apparent defect and no claim may be validly accepted by www.baronpapillon.com.
If the apparent defect or the lack of conformity of the article is proven, Baronpapillon.com undertakes to reimburse the customer as soon as possible and at his expense.
This reimbursement will take place within a maximum of 30 days.
Baronpapillon.com cannot be held responsible for the improper use and / or intensive use of items that the customer may make of it.
Refund policy
Deadline for returning an item - Right to retract
In accordance with the law in force (article L121-20 of the consumer code), the customer has a period of 14 clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the goods without having to justify reasons or to pay penalties. The procedures for exercising this right of withdrawal are mentioned in the "Return and refund" paragraph below. Return costs are the responsibility of www.baronpapillon.com.
The customer will be fully reimbursed for the sums paid for the purchase of the product as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days of the date on which he exercised his right of withdrawal.
Return conditions for reimbursement
The returned item (s) must be new, unused and in their original box perfectly intact.
Barons Papillom Sneakers SAS will reimburse within 15 days of receipt of the package returned to our warehouse.
The customer must keep the proof of deposit of the package which will be given to him by the carrier. In case of loss of the package, no refund can be made without this proof of deposit.
The customer has a period of 15 working days from the date of deposit of his return package to make any claim relating to his return.
No request will be accepted at the end of this period.

Status of items
All returned items (shoes, original packaging, accessories, instructions...) must be returned perfectly intact.
Upon receipt of the package, Barons Papillom Sneakers SAS will judge the perfect condition of the returned goods. No return will be accepted if the returned items have been visibly used or damaged by the customer and this use or such damage makes the items unfit for sale. If the return is refused by Barons Papillom Sneakers SAS, the articles will then be returned to the customer at the expense of Barons Papillom Sneakers SAS without the customer being able to demand any compensation or right to reimbursement, with the exception of the subsequent exercise of its warranty claims on goods sold.
Refund of returns
Subject to compliance with these return conditions, Barons Papillom Sneakers SAS will reimburse returned items within 30 days of the goods being reinstated in stock.
