Although she lived in a royal setting, Marie-Antoinette was a scandal.
With her strong personality, she radically abandoned her role as Queen to succumb to more ephemeral pleasures and passions that were not worthy of a woman of the time.
All that mattered to her was art and spending her time entertaining herself through dance, music, theater, comedy and play. She often went out late atnight incognito to attend many parties and balls.
Its history has fascinated many historians who are still trying to understand who it really is, but its past is still quite inaccessible.

It is thanks to our rich partnership with museums that this sneaker bearing the effigy of the queen is now on display at the Château de Versailles.
Singularity of design
The unique technique of the printing known as «placed», realized in Saint- Macaire-en-Mauges with the help of an ink jet machine, allows us to obtain original and precise motives such as this creative model inspired straight from the «Toile de Jouy».
To realize this unique impression, two passages are necessary: the first with the motive the «Toile de Jouy», the second with Marie-Antoinette inspired by the bust Lecomte.
Mastered technicity of printing
This process requires a great deal of attention to detail since the device must be manually replaced every two shoes. The tracings are thus perfectly proportioned for each shoe size. Drying is done by ultraviolet rays, then a layer of varnish is gently applied to fix the print.

Depending on where you go to work and who you meet, it’s essential to have top-of-the-line shoes. No need to think about it: the imperial sneaker, with one of two lace colors to match your mood, can be paired with jeans or a dress and worn anywhere between client meetings and outings. The butterfly. Less is more
The silhouette of the insect is at the heart of the brand. For this exceptional sneaker, the tongue is enhanced with a jeweled butterfly logo in gold metal.
The butterfly crown has its origins in the heraldry of the Renaissance barons. This golden logo was designed in collaboration with a French jewelry house. This discreet logo has been hot-dipped in gold.

Provenant d’une tannerie italienne et cousue main, sa doublure interne en cuir offre une souplesse et une sensation de moelleux, faisant de la sneaker un vrai gant pour les pieds.
Vous observerez le cuir s’assouplir après plusieurs jours d’utilisation, cela est tout à fait normal : c’est gage de qualité, tout en permettant à la sneaker de s’adapter à votre forme.

Une production artisanale et raisonnée
Soucieux des problèmes environnementaux, nous avons toujours voulu des sneakers élégantes et astucieuses, mais aussi inscrites dans un mouvement de mode lente.
Nous adhérons au principe « zéro destruction » de nos invendus et continuons de développer des processus créatifs privilégiant la recherche de matériaux européens réellement respectueux de l’environnement, tout en s’associant à des projets collaboratifs écologiques.
Une fabrication de bonne facture
Sans belle matière, pas de beau produit ! Chez Baron, la qualité des cuirs a été rehaussée, tout comme la doublure interne. La tige est constituée de cuir de veau provenant d’Italie.
Une conception élaborée, 100% fabrication française
En amont, un brief d’Eric pour chaque modèle, et Benoit propose plusieurs dessins. Une fois le dessin de la nouvelle sneaker validé, c’est le choix des matières premières, en provenance de France et d’Europe afin de favoriser un circuit court. A réception à Montjean-sur-Loire, Cathy et son équipe, élaborent le prototype depuis le dessin sélectionné.
Le prototype est validé. La production peut commencer
Découpage, piqûre, assemblage de la semelle avec la tige, collage de la semelle à chaud, ce n’est pas moins de 35 étapes dans toute la chaine de production.
Jusqu’à la dernière étape, l’expédition
Rien n’est laissé au hasard. Chaque étape passe entre les mains expertes de nos artisans français, et chaque paire est bichonnée jusqu’à sa préparation finale et sa mise en boite.

Ce qui nous engage ? Une production 100% made in France et depuis peu, des boites en carton recyclé, fabriquées en France, à La Roche-sur- Yon. Plus légère, elles nous permettent d’accroitre la réduction de notre impact environnemental et de l’empreinte carbone lié au transport.
