Shipping policy
Shipping and Delivery
The products are sent to the delivery address indicated by the customer when ordering.
Excluding sales periods, any order placed on the Barons Papillom Sneakers SAS website before 10 a.m. from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) will be prepared by our team the same day, subject to validation of payment (see section Validation payment).
Delivery times:
- Metropolitan France: 48 hours by colissimo.
- European Union: between 3 and 4 working days.
- International: between 4 and 6 days by UPS.
For custom Customs products in our Paris workshops, it takes 12 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on vacation periods and holidays.
Barons Papillom Sneakers SAS undertakes to deliver the items ordered and paid for by the customer within the prescribed deadlines. If the said articles have not been delivered within a period of 7 working days from the delivery date provided for when ordering, and if this excess is not due to a case of force majeure, the customer may proceed to the resolution of the sale by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address:

The sums paid by the customer will then be fully returned to him.
Upon receipt of the order, the customer will check the conformity of the products received.
Any anomaly concerning the articles (damage, missing article compared to the purchase order, damaged or opened package, broken, defective article ...) must imperatively be notified, the very day of the reception or at the latest 3 days following the reception, at the head office of Barons Papillom Sneakers SAS by registered mail or by email to the following address: contact@baronpapillon.com.
Any complaint made after this period will be rejected and Barons Papillom Sneakers SAS will be released from all responsibility.
If the above conditions are met Barons Papillom Sneakers SAS will then reimburse the defective product (s), the customer may reorder and then Barons Papillom Sneakers SAS will resend the missing product (subject to the merits of customer request).
All items offered by Barons Papillom Sneakers SAS are subject to the legal warranty provided for in articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. (See paragraph Guarantee)
